Privacy Policy

1. What we store

• Account: username, password hash, plan (free/plus), last seen.
• Chats: conversations, messages, rolling recaps, memory facts you create.
• Payments: order id, plan, amount, invoice id, payment status — processed by NOWPayments, we never see card or wallet keys.

2. What we never do

We never sell your data. Chats belong to your account and are never shown to other users. Passwords are stored as salted scrypt hashes, never plain text.

3. Crypto payments

Checkout runs on NOWPayments hosted invoices. When you pay, NOWPayments sends our server a status callback (IPN) containing order id, amount and status only. No blockchain private data touches our servers.

4. Deletion

Delete any conversation or message from the app. Delete your whole account any time — conversations, messages, facts and sessions go with it. Payment records are kept for bookkeeping where the law requires.

5. Refunds

Plus is a digital service delivered instantly (unlimited chats, all characters). Refunds are handled case-by-case through NOWPayments within 14 days of purchase for accidental or duplicate charges. Contact support with your order id.

6. Contact

Privacy questions and deletion requests: support will be reachable from the app once public launch opens. Meanwhile contact the site operator directly.
