You must be 18 years or older to create an account or use this service. By registering you confirm you meet the age requirement in your jurisdiction. Accounts found to belong to minors are deleted immediately.
Companion provides fictional AI characters for conversation and companionship. Every character is an invented adult persona — none of them is a real person, and nothing they say is a statement of fact, advice, or a professional service of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).
Your conversations belong to your account. We store what is needed to run the service (messages, memories you create) and never sell your data. You can delete individual conversations or your entire account at any time from the app. Deleted data is removed from our systems.
Paid plans (when billing opens) renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account — access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case-by-case through our payment provider.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
